time is flying

So hard to believe this is the last week of school for my kids.

Why is it that I don't look at it as my kids are growing up, but that I am getting old.   I remember the last week of school and always being so excited for summer.   The beach, the pool, spending alot of time in a bathing suit.  Having just enough money to get a candy and a slurpee at 7-11.  

It will be fun to listen to my kids when they get older to hear what they remember about their summers.
