Good Grief. I have volunteered to take dinner to a family in our ward for tomorrow night. I don’t get asked very much so I like to take the opportunity when I am asked. Since I don’t do it very often I am not sure what to take. HELP! It is for one of my neighbors so it will be nice to take it over and finally meet them. So I am looking for suggestions. Just remember I am not a fantastic cook, so keep it simple. Ü

Chicken enchiladas. That's all I got.
potato cheese soup and hot rolls, yummmmy!
i'm all about spaghetti, but then again, you would need noodles for that!
I second Shannon! Then fly some over to COLD California
How about soft tacos? You can bring over all the fixings and they can assemble it themselves! Super easy and super yummy!
I always take chicken scampi. It sounds complicated, but it is basically chicken with butter, garlic and seasoned bread crumbs served over rice. Piece of cake and people like it.
so what did you take and how did it turn out>?
