cocoa cans

With all the hot chocolate we drink around here,
I cleaned out the pantry and found 3 empty cocoa cans.
I was headed for the trash with them and
as I walked through the garage my eye spied a
brown can of spray paint, which isn't a surprise because
I have brown spray paint can everywhere.
So I got this fun idea to not through the can away
and just spray them and see if the girls would use them
for hair bows or make up.  I didn't do anything fancy,
but I know if I added ribbon I could have made them so cute.
My girls use them for all kinds of things but I don't
think it has kept their bathroon counter any more organized.

Here is the before and after

Before

After

I personally think it would be cute to keep make up brushes in.

I did put a magnet on the inside of the can and the flower
is a hair clip so it just sticks to the magnet.
So basically we can change it anytime we want.

That's what I did with my trash last week,
what did you do with yours?

How cute! You are so clever. William is our creative trash boy. He keeps everything and has actually made some pretty fun things with trash.

I've done nothing clever with any trash but this is so creative. You could put them in your office or for paint brushes even a holder for the remotes.
I put my empty #10 cans out in the garage for dad to put his nuts and bolts in. So right now I have 5 empty #10 cans on his stack in the garage.

so cute!! My question is though, why so much brown paint?

Bonnie I make engraved letters and use brown and black spray paint all the time, so I always have it sitting around. Ü
