~The Olive Mill~

Thayne and I had talked about trying this place for lunch for a long time and this year we finally tried it
and I couldn't believe we had waited so long.  What a fun place.  They have the cutest little store with all
kinds of olive oils, breads, granola and of course my favorite is the "del Piero" eatery. 

My favorite sandwiches are....

Grappolo~ (vegetarian) Fresh mozzarella, herb roasted tomatoes, caramelized onions, house aioli and del Piero basil pesto on a baugette. (I get it without onions)

and

Frantoio~ Fresh Mozzarella, vine ripened tomatoes, del Piero Pesto and drizzled balsamic reduction.

So when my friend Jen texted me and asked if I wanted to do lunch today at the Olive Mill, I didn't
even think about it I texted back YES!

I love good friends and good food!
