I don't know why it is so hard to remember to take,
but for some reason I always forget to take a
stinkin daily vitamin.

I have been doing better.  I feel better when I remember
to take one everyday.

 Let's face it, I am getting old and
I need to start doing things that are healthy. 

Now, I am not perfect. 
  I always have to do things my way.

I am perfectly happy taking that daily vitamin with this.....
