a good gym shoe.
I am convinced that new shoes and new gym clothes will motivate me to
get my rump back to the gym. There is also the fact that I need a new pair
since my old pair of shoes are well.... OLD.
I found a pair I like only they didn't have my size. I think I could wear the size 6 they had
but a size 6.5 would be better, so I am holding out. So I am still on the hunt for a good gym
shoe so I can get my old self back to the

if you go to that running store on Gilbert Road they will do a whole work up on you to choose the right shoe. they have you run for them and stuff.
Good luck! There are so many out there to chose from
but not to many comfortable ones.
